For hours we watch the sea, and the life within and around it: children finally running into the water, parents smiling as they watch, grandparents strolling slowly along the shore. A constant coming and going, so much movement, and yet a deep stillness lies over everything.

As the sun begins to sink, you wish it would never fully set. That the day would stay, the light would stay, the feeling would stay. A pause, a holding on to freedom – the kind we so often lose in everyday life.
